By downloading, accessing, or using BeasyBaby you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including parents, partners, and any caregiver with access to a shared profile. BeasyBaby is operated by SEDIQ (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa.
You must be 18 years or older to create a BeasyBaby account, and you must be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you add to the app. By creating an account you confirm that you meet both requirements. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
BeasyBaby is a ParentTech application providing baby tracking, health guidance, financial education, AI-assisted parenting support, and community features. All health content is educational and informational only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All financial content is educational and informational only and is not financial advice or a regulated financial service. For medical emergencies call 10177. Eezie provides informational guidance based on your inputs, such as baby age, income bracket, health logs, and check-in responses. Eezie is not a doctor, nurse, midwife, psychologist, or registered financial advisor, and its responses are not medical or financial advice. Eezie may make errors. Always verify important health or financial information with a qualified professional. Never wait on an AI response in an emergency.
The Village lets you post content and interact with other parents. By posting, you grant BeasyBaby a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content within the app. You are responsible for everything you post and must not post content that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, illegal, or that infringes the rights of others.
All posts and comments are checked by an AI moderator before publishing, and reported content is reviewed. BeasyBaby reserves the right to remove any content and to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, without notice.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paystack. By subscribing you authorise recurring billing at the plan interval you selected until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app or by emailing billing@beasybaby.co.za. BeasyBaby also offers a permanently free tier, which is unaffected by subscription changes. Refunds are handled according to applicable South African consumer law. Contact billing@beasybaby.co.za for any billing dispute.

Your use of these services within BeasyBaby is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. BeasyBaby is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, SEDIQ (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BeasyBaby. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to BeasyBaby in the 12 months before the claim, or R100, whichever is greater.
You may stop using BeasyBaby and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion Request page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the app ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Limitation of Liability) survive termination.
We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app. Continued use of BeasyBaby after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Questions: support@beasybaby.co.za.
